Biography
Oreste Pollicino is a full professor of Constitutional and Media Law at Bocconi University. His research covers digital law, internet governance, platforms and fundamental rights.
He directs the LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology and has led research projects on constitutionalism in the age of artificial intelligence. His academic work examines how legal institutions respond to technological change and the regulation of digital services.
