Identity and purpose
AI Observatory
The Observatory belongs to UniEticPmi’s Department of AI Data Strategy and Digital Organizations.
A permanent space for analysis and discussion of artificial intelligence and its effects on businesses, work, professions and society.
Why an AI Observatory
AI is becoming part of organisations’ tools and activities. Its use raises questions that go beyond choosing a technology.
- Which tasks are changing?
- Which skills are needed?
- How are responsibilities changing?
- What enables informed use?
The Observatory focuses on businesses and professionals and the organisational, professional and human aspects of change.

What our activities offer
Analysis and discussion
The Observatory aims to monitor technological and regulatory developments in AI, analyse their impact on organisations and collect practical use cases.
Meetings, working groups, questionnaires, interviews and consultations may bring different experiences and perspectives together.
Content and materials
Findings may be shared through articles, digital content, events and educational materials. Activities may also lead to reports, guidelines, white papers, scenario analyses and collections of good practices.
The format, duration and commitment required are specified for each initiative.
Material availability and access conditions are specified on the relevant pages: some content may be public, while certain in-depth materials are reserved for members or participants in specific initiatives.
From experience to shared knowledge
Collected information and experiences may inform analyses and materials aligned with the Observatory’s purpose, including in aggregate.
Identifiable statements, quotations and cases are published only with the prior agreement of the person or organisation concerned.
Confidentiality rules are communicated for each activity. Contributions may be anonymised or aggregated; confidential business cases are used only under arrangements agreed in advance with the organisation concerned.
