Biography
Marco Di Giugno is a lawyer, Head of Human Resources at ENAC and an aerospace law expert. ENAC documents his role as Human Resources Director in its account of the SISDIC Sicilia conference hosted by the University of Palermo in October 2026.
His contribution addressed the reorganisation of the Italian airport system and the competitiveness of the sector, within a discussion of business freedom, consumer protection and regulatory needs.
