Biography
Fabrizio Di Modica is an employment and social security lawyer with more than twenty years of professional experience. Since 2023 he has chaired the technical and scientific committee of the Il Lavoro Continua research centre.
He combines legal practice in Palermo with teaching in university and advanced education courses, research and contributions to conferences. His published work includes analysis of artificial intelligence and the lawfulness of dismissal.
